Freestone is searching for qualified candidates to join our Client Service Team as a Client Manager in our Seattle office. Client Service Managers at Freestone support senior advisors and direct workflow for junior client service associates on the same Advisory Team. Successful candidates for this position will have a demonstrated track record of both educational and professional achievement, along with a passion for introducing operational structure and efficiency and superior client service skills in a financial services environment. A desire to mentor and develop client service associates is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, developing strong relationships as a trusted contact who proactively understands client financial needs
  • Display a mastery of operational and client service functions regarding client accounts, with a desire to be a leader in creating and implementing efficient processes within the established Advisor Team and across the broader client service group
  • Craft and deliver financial planning, estate planning, and insurance reviews, both independently and in coordination with the wealth planning team
  • Participate actively in prospect and client meetings by building proposal allocations, presenting initial financial plans, and executing a successful implementation process for new clients
  • Oversee account rebalances and fielding client requests; ensure completion of such requests and appropriate communication with the client
  • Coordinate annual tax reporting and completion of relevant tax documentation with CPAs for tax planning
  • Provide oversight on practice management within the Advisor Team including developing, organizing, and tracking team projects and seeing them through to successful completion
  • Participate in training and mentoring future team members; and providing assistance in onboarding new advisors' clients

Skills/Experience
  • A minimum of six years of RIA client service experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business related degree preferred
  • Series 65 or 66 licensed required
  • CFP designation preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first two years
  • Knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning required
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of comfort working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment as a leader
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities, project management, and changing priorities
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center, Tamarac CRM preferred

The expected annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,0000, dependent upon years of direct RIA experience. The position may also be available to receive a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Our compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, group life, disability, long-term care, and accidental death insurance, ten (10) scheduled paid holidays per year, and 17 days of vacation per year.
