Unique Opportunity:
Freestone is searching for qualified candidates to join our Client Service Team as a Client Service Intern in Seattle, WA. Successful candidates for this position will have a demonstrated track record of both educational and professional achievement, along with a passion for introducing operational structure and efficiency within a financial services environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Advisor Team in their daily business practices
- Help organize, track, and assist with team projects, seeing them through to a successful completion
- Prepare forms such as account applications, beneficiary updates, money movements, etc. for the Client Advisor Team
- Assist in preparing relevant marketing materials and proposals for prospective client meetings
- Maintain key client information in CRM and reporting systems
- Ad hoc office assistance may also be required
Skills/Experience
- Rising Seniors in pursuit of a degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and operational processes
- Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
Compensation
- Hourly wage with the potential for college credit if applicable.
- Catered lunches M-Th
The expected hourly wage for this position is $20/hour. The anticipated start date for this position is May or June 2024.
