Freestone is searching for qualified candidates to join our Client Service Team as a Senior Client Service Associate (Senior CSA) in our San Francisco office. Successful candidates for this position will have a demonstrated track record of both educational and professional achievement, along with a passion for introducing operational structure and efficiency and superior client service skills in a financial services environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to Client Advisors and Client Managers in their daily business practices
  • Act as a point of contact for client issues and concerns and present complex information to knowledgeable clients
  • Organize, track, and lead team projects; seeing them through to successful completion
  • Assist in preparing relevant marketing materials and proposals for prospective client meetings
  • Generate and substantiate household and portfolio reports for meetings with existing clients
  • Initiate trade orders and account rebalances by means of client requests; ensure completion of such requests and appropriate communication with the client
  • Maintain key client information in CRM and reporting systems
  • Manage individual client web portals and educate clients on the relevant capabilities and services
  • Manage projects within the team environment and create efficiencies and process
  • Coordinate annual tax reporting and completion of relevant tax documentation with CPAs

Skills/Experience
  • A minimum of three years of RIA client service experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Business related degree preferred
  • Series 65 or 66 licensed preferred or obtain within first 6 months of employment
  • Knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning preferred
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of comfort working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Demonstrated outstanding client service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities, project management, and changing priorities
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center, Tamarac CRM and Advisor View preferred

The expected annual base salary for this position is $95,000 - $105,000, dependent upon years of direct RIA experience. The position may also be available to receive a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Our compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, group life, disability, long-term care, and accidental death insurance, ten (10) scheduled paid holidays per year, and 17 days of vacation per year.
